Abstract:
We are honored to welcome Beverly Brown as our guest speaker—a passionate advocate for constitutional literacy and civic responsibility. Beverly is a graduate of Davenport University with a degree in business and brings a wealth of personal and professional experience, including her time working with General Motors during the Trade Readjustment Act era. That season of economic transition gave her a firsthand look at the resilience of the American worker and the importance of staying engaged in our democratic process.
Beverly has served as a coach at Patriot Academy and has taught the Biblical Citizenship course at Glory House International Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Dick Sayad. Her heart for teaching reflects her deep conviction that faith and good government are not separate but intertwined—both meant to empower us to love our neighbors and steward our freedoms well.
While Beverly has always been a loyal patriot and voter, she acknowledges that she wasn’t always vocal in the political sphere. But through prayer, study, and action, she came to understand that silence is not an option when liberty is at stake. Her message will challenge us to reflect on the gift God has given us in this country—a gift that includes the ability to participate, speak up, and make a difference.
As Beverly will share, the future of our nation doesn’t rest in the hands of a few, but in the hearts of many. If we all do our part, we can see a revival of the original vision: a government truly “of the people, by the people, and for the people.”
Join us for an inspiring and timely conversation with Beverly Brown.
